For founders who do their own cold email
Paste your website. LeadAce finds companies that fit, reads each one, and drafts the email. You approve, it sends from your own Gmail a few a day, and it tells you why people said no.

Your new EU pricing page
Hi Dana, I saw Kestrel just split EU pricing into three tiers. Teams that do that usually hear from smaller accounts first…
B2B companies of 1–10 people with no sales team, where the founder already sends cold email from Gmail.
Sales teams that need CRM sync, or high-volume senders pushing thousands of emails a day.
How it works
Signing in with Google is the sign-up. There's no form to fill and nothing to install.
Ace reads your site and proposes who to target, four message angles and where to look. Change anything, then approve.
It finds companies that fit, reads each site and writes one email per company. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and it leaves from your own inbox at a human pace.
Replies land in your inbox. Every no comes back as a reason, and the next round shifts toward what gets answers.
Before the first send, you confirm your company name and postal address once — the law puts them in every email footer, so Ace fills them in from your site when it can. Once you trust the drafts, schedule the daily cycle from the chat, or switch the project to automatic sending.
What comes back
Every rejection comes back as a reason attached to the company that gave it — sorted, counted, and fed into who gets contacted next, and into what you should probably fix.

Not a performance claim — one project, one month. Cold reply rates run in the single digits, which is exactly why the reasons are the part worth keeping.
How it learns
"AI that improves over time" usually means an LLM rewriting its own notes. Here, each choice — who to contact, which angle, which channel, which source — is a tracked arm with replies attributed to it.
Researched from their site, written for them, tagged with the angle and the source it came from.
Replies, bounces, unsubscribes, and questions asked on the recipient's page — all collected server-side, no manual logging.
Free-text brush-offs become one of a small set of reasons, attached to the company, its size, and its industry.
Weight moves toward what gets replies and away from what doesn't — targeting, angles, channels and sources, automatically.
Where it stops being automatic: budget, timing, and missing-feature nos are not sending problems — they're your pricing, your market timing, and your roadmap. LeadAce shows you the pile and leaves the decision to you. That pile is the part you can't get from sending more.
The difference
If you're doing outbound today, it's probably Gmail, a spreadsheet, and Sunday night. That's the thing LeadAce replaces.
Your inbox, your reputation
Every email leaves from your own account, at a human pace. Your sending reputation stays yours alone.
Sent through your own Gmail — the same address people already reply to. No relay, no middlemen.
Nobody else's blast can tank your deliverability, because nobody else's mail shares your infrastructure.
Identity footer, one-click unsubscribe, and a permanent do-not-contact list are applied server-side — you can't accidentally skip them.
Prospects, replies and reasons are never shared with other tenants.
Pricing
A prospect counts once, when the first message to it goes out — whether LeadAce found it or you brought it in. Follow-ups, replies and every insight computed from your own data are included. Paid plans buy throughput, not visibility.
FAQ
Schedule it once, then nothing. Tell Ace in the chat when to run the daily cycle — the hour, the days, your time zone — or set it in project settings. The cycle checks replies, updates the strategy from what it learned, writes the next batch, and sends. New projects start in draft mode, so each batch waits for your OK until you switch on automatic sending. Your job is answering the people who reply, and deciding what to do about the reasons the others gave.
No. Email runs entirely in the web app: the agent, research, writing, sending and reply collection all run on our servers, and the AI is included in the price. Contact-form messages and SNS DMs are drafted too, and you send those by hand. The Claude plugin, for Claude Cowork or Claude Code, is optional: add it if you want a browser to send them for you. The web app and the plugin work on the same project. Setup is in the README.
Yes. LeadAce is a web app, so any OS with a current browser works. Only the optional Claude plugin, used for contact forms and SNS DMs, is verified on macOS alone.
Deliverability depends on your own domain, so we don't share infrastructure with anyone. Volume stays at a human pace per mailbox, links are kept out of cold mail by default, and every message carries the legally required sender identity and opt-out. That said: your reputation is yours to protect, and sending garbage at any volume will still hurt it.
Recipients in the United States, Canada and Japan. Other jurisdictions (UK, EU, AU, …) are blocked at send time until the per-country consent and footer rules ship. See compliance for the current scope.
30 prospects, lifetime — found by LeadAce or brought in by you — with 1 project, 1 mailbox, 500 stored prospects, and the same dashboard as everyone else. No card. Follow-ups and replies don't count. That's enough to see whether real replies and real rejection reasons come back before you pay anything.
Yes — the whole backend is open source. Deploy it to your own Cloudflare and Supabase and pay us nothing. Same code as the hosted service. Guide: self-host.md.
You deploy your own copy from the same repository and keep going. That's the point of shipping it open source — your pipeline shouldn't depend on us staying in business.
It runs real outbound on production infrastructure, and we're still shaping it around early-adopter usage — so bugs, occasional downtime and minor breaking changes happen. No SLA-grade uptime promise during beta. If that's a blocker, self-host.
Today: outbound plus a receive-side AI page where recipients can ask questions before talking to a human. Next: that receive side becomes addressable agent-to-agent over A2A v1.0, so a seller's agent and a buyer's agent can work out whether there's a fit before either person is interrupted, and the rejection-reason schema gets published as a public spec. We ship each layer before announcing the next.
Month-to-month, no lock-in. Cancel any time from your dashboard — access runs through the end of the paid period and doesn't renew. Fees are non-refundable.
